As a digital service, Bazi Calculator delivers products that are accessed or consumed immediately upon purchase. Once you have accessed AI analysis, generated BaZi charts, or used your credits, the service has been delivered and cannot be "returned."

Therefore, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable.
